50% So my significant other now works four-days a week in glorious Princeton NJ, for the next 8 weeks at least, making me a part-time bachelor. Now, with copious non-spousal free-time, I'm forced to come to grips with the fact that, sans-spouse, I'm still prone to simply go straight home after work and putter about the apartment for no good reason. blog status? So the blog is floundering. My original mandate was to record, per day, at least one interesting and newish thought that I'd had that day. And to do so in such a way that that interesting and newish thought might be perfectly conveyed into the mind of you, my reader, and that you too might have a newish and interesting thought as a result. However, very often my newish and interesting thoughts are either mildly sensitive and therefore ineligible for broadbased internet publication. Or, worse still, neither new nor particularly interesting. A crisis then, is upon this blog. How to revitalize? Perhaps I will start by initiating one conversation with a random New Yorker per day.
